Head And Shoulders

I love that my attitude had changed so dramatically over the last four months! Back in the summer - and for years and years before that - I never would have felt so comfortable staying committed to a healthier lifestyle amid all this oncoming seasonal feasting and potential slothfulness. The simplicity of making this sustainable has finally made its way through this thick head of mine, and I am so thankful that I am continuing to feel motivated despite the temptations of the holidays.

I forgot to mention that I found my shoulders a few days ago. I didn't even realize that they had been missing! Yet there they were, hiding beneath the layers of fat, just waiting for me to melt away enough pounds that they could finally resurface. It's nice to feel like I have some semblance of bone structure!

  4. I remember back when I lost 136 pounds and someone said to me "Wow, do you ever have a small frame."

Glad to hear your frame is coming out of hiding.
