I've been obsessing over your blog all day and I'm finding intense motivation for my own journey. I am now depending on you so you must say no to those home made treats and, when you do, tell me how you managed it.Lynseehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06752254017919024864noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912463842779590235.post-11693741067677862412010-11-09T10:54:57.782-08:002010-11-09T10:54:57.782-08:00I am happy to see such a huge improvement on recen...I am happy to see such a huge improvement on recent days/ weeks. It is good to see you getting a good amount of exercise.

Congratulations and keep this trend going!Foxnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912463842779590235.post-13255867492497172142010-11-09T07:22:42.179-08:002010-11-09T07:22:42.179-08:00That's a lot of walking! Please give yourself a big hug, or at least pat yourself on the back. :) Getting healthier means improving overall health, not just losing weight, as you have rightly pointed out in the past. Even if you are gaining or maintaining, exercise is sooooo important apart from any impact it has on weight management.

So, even if your eating style is not yet where you would prefer it to be, keeping up with some regular exercise will do GREAT things for your overall health, including your cardovascular system, immune system, hormone equilibrium, and maybe help reduce some of the ill effects of stress. It might even improve mood. Take care!

-RobinAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4912463842779590235.post-42926898773343666912010-11-09T04:51:41.052-08:002010-11-09T04:51:41.052-08:00I'm glad that you got in some exercise! I fall asleep right before I'm ready to exercise. :(Lilies in my Cerealhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03032726152306715861noreply@blogger.com
