FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 8 glasses of water
- 2 slices whole wheat toast with light peanut butter and homemade strawberry jam
- 3 packages string cheese
- 1 banana
- 2 cups chicken chow mien
- 8 inch sub on a ciabatta bun with deli ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper
EXERCISE:
- 10 squats

I'm so glad that you DO it. That's a really big deal 266. It seems that things are hard. But, it also seems that your food is a LOT better than just a few weeks ago.

That's better than I'm doing right now. You're doing the best you can with what you have now. When you get the skillz mastered, you'll do better. But for now, I think you're pretty amazing with what you have now.
The best you can looks pretty dang good! Just keep working through it. If blogging is detracting from you effort, take a break. Do what you have to do to take care of you. I think you're doing amazing!
