An Anniversary Present(ation)
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 15 glasses of water
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 wrap on a soft tortilla shell with 2 scrambled eggs, deli ham, grated cheese, and mushrooms
- 1 glass of a strawberry breakfast drink
- 1 glass mango juice
- 2 fruit creme cookies
- 1 mixed berry whole grain cereal bar
- 3/4 cup bacon
- 1 homemade chive and cheese biscuit
- 1/2 cup roast potatoes with margarine
- 1/2 cob corn with margarine
- 2 cups steamed broccoli with margarine
- 3/4 cup fat free mixed berry yogurt with 1 cup wheat flake cereal
EXERCISE:
- 30 stomach crunches

Unbelievable. Truly an inspiration!! I'm so amazed at your determination! I'm not overweight by any means, but I've gone on many diets to try to lose the flab. But every diet lasts no longer than 2 months. So for you to not give up is amazing!! You're incredible♥ I started my diet today, so hopefully I can carry it out longer than my other diets in the past :)

ReplyDeleteI can't stop crying. I'm sobbing so hard that I am actually embarrassed. First of all the wedding dress in one of your pictures is identical to a dress that I tried on when I was 17 and still relatively thin and that started the fountain of tears. I'm 287 lbs and for months I've been counting calories, exercising for an hour a day and getting nowhere. I lost 10 lbs when I quit soda but I've gained it back even though I've been drinking only 1 cup of black coffee per day and water. I want to be you ... where did you find the motivation and will power? I spend every day thinking about how pointless it is for me to keep trying because nothing is happening, I'm not getting anywhere. I'm slowly killing myself with food and I can't stop. What was your secret, please help me.

I have to say that it was your blog that finally inspired me to do what previously seemed impossible. I am an amazing cook, always using the best and freshest ingredients. The problem for me was portion control. I ALWAYS went back for seconds. I am on my third week of portion control, introducing more activity and I am down 12 pounds. It's a big start, and the inertia I needed for a lifestyle change. Thanks so much for sharing your story. :)

I weighed in today at 95.8kg (210.8 lbs) i have well and truly had enough of my excuses, i have well and truly had enough of being this size. Today im starting my journey again.
