I'm Okay

I am doing okay. I’m not great, but I’m not terrible either. Tomorrow is a big day and it’s probably really going to establish how my mood develops for the next little while. It would be a gross underestimate to say that I am hoping things go well…

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 11 glasses of water
- 1 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1 cranberry almond granola bar
- 3 slices cranberry whole grain toast with margarine
- 1 cup peach yogurt with 3/4 cup almond wheat flake granola cereal
- 2 packages string cheese
- 1 1/2 cups canned peaches
- 1 cup celery with Italian dressing
- 2 heated sandwiches on cheese buns with cheese slices, fat free mayonnaise, and margarine
- 2 pieces of angel food cake with light lemon whipped cream

EXERCISE:
- 15 minute walk

    I was angry with you about a year ago when you were sliding down the scale because it seemed so unfair that I would have to struggle for every pound. You took the time to respond kindly and compassionately and with empathy even when my comment leaned toward snarkiness.

  20. to much drama..i don't know one person that doesn't have something significant going on in their life. hoping you get a handle on life...but the truth of the matter is-man is born unto trouble, sure as sparks fly upward. drawing attention to yourself in this manner is not really caring about the people that have expressed their concern toward you and just want to know if you need help or are ok.

I am not sure what is happening in your life right now... sometimes life gets ya and it takes a bit of time and energy to pull yourself up and together again.. but just remember God only puts in front of you what you can handle... Tomorrow will be a better day. It is because of YOU... this blog... that I realize and see that this journey is possible... and that the jouney is never ending because losing is only the first part of the battle.     There are/were so many people who were inspired by you and that is wonderful but don't you think you owe it to your readers to at least say goodbye?

    We all know blogging takes time and effort and I don't think you have put much effort into your blog for quite awhile.

  34. I hope that everything did go well, I would be interested to read a follow up post. It sounds like a lot of the food is going well, there are a lot of smart substitutes. Walking is really great exercise as well. You could get a pedometer to record your progress.
