  1. I also have a major sweet tooth.
As with anything else if you cut it out for a few days you will find that you crave it less and less. It is worth a try anyways if it is a real problem for you. I had to cut honey out which i thought was going to be impossible but a few days later and I did not think about it anymore. I am down to fruit and a small bowl of low fat ice cream a day. That is it for sweets! Pre- eat healthy I would polish off an entire bag of starburst.. THE BIG ONE in 2 evenings. So I have come a long ways. Oh and i cant forget about the box of small powdered donuts ( : WoW how things have changed!

  2. Yep, that sugar is a devil. I think it's the time of year to trudge along. But at least you're getting back to healthier eating.

  3. My own philosophy: one foot in front of the other, keep heading in the approximate direction, LOL, doesn't need to be perfect! You're doing it, kid. It would be lovely if we could all forge straight ahead to goal and then maintain with all we learned along the way, but that doesn't happen very often. So we learn a bit, slip, learn more, wander off the path, get our bearings, slide, have an epiphany, stumble, trudge on, etc.

Gee, it's like life that way! :)

Wishing you, along with ALL of us in WL blogland, much learning and success (with fewer stumbles) in the days ahead and throughout the coming new year.

    Bless you.

But one BIG step is admitting what we ate, it shows strength that you can admit and track it all down!
