Warming Up

I think I did fairly well today with the eating. Considering that we had problems with the heat quitting on us and my stress level jumped up at that little issue, I would say that I am happy with how things went. One step at a time, right?

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 7 glasses of water
- 1 banana
- 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and pepper
- 2 pancakes with margarine and syrup
- 1/2 apple pear
- 1/2 cup breaded chicken bites with mustard
- 1 cup chicken flavoured basmati rice
- 1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli with margarine
- 6 honey garlic chicken wings

EXERCISE:
- 15 minute walk

  2. I've been reading your blog for a bit, but haven't posted up until now. Just wanted to let you know you have one more in your corner. :)

you did a great job today! No sugary treats at all to speak of! Sugar is my big downfall too.. and just a bit of it makes me crave more and more. It's a tough addiction to quit, but it can be done!

  5. CALORIES COUNT...and you consumed half the calories that you have been eating..Yea, good for you:) Also I wanted to comment to the foolish, foolish, foolish anonymous writer, people have a certain character trait that is hard to cover up. Yours shows through in all your writings no matter how hard you try to hide it. Your issue is not just with 266 you are angry and full of hatred..you need a new heart. Susan

  7. Great work!

If you have the time, I would love to hear more about your capoeira class. I lived in Brazil for many years and people did capoeira on the beach for pleasure. It was quite entertaining to watch, looked like a lot of fun, and seemed to burn a ton of calories. So glad to see you're doing a fun activity!

  10. Definitely one step at a time!

I've been trying to get a vegetable with every meal and have one for snack. I haven't succeeded a single day in getting it down perfectly. BUT, I've trebled and quadrupled my veggie intake.

The exercise is helping, but so is being gentle and not hateful with myself for motivation. I'm sick of that. Good on ya!
