And A Happy New Year!

Not much to say… I know that I am doing horribly on the eating and exercise front, but I am also surprisingly confident about my commitment to turning this around. Hubby and I have just a couple of days left until the holidays are officially over and life goes back to normal, and I suppose I am taking full advantage. All I can say is that I am looking forward to the new year!

  1. Scary. It sounds like me - when I binge. Glad you're getting back to a routine soon and feel confident about turning it around. Please don't give up all the wonderful success you've had so far. You are so, so close. Why do we (people in general - because I've heard your story time and time again) start having a lot of difficulty just as they are coming close to their goal? Wish I knew the answer. Sending you encouragement plus :)

  7. I remember eating all my favorite things in whatever quantities I damn well pleased at the of last year, knowing I was going to get serious on Jan 1. Maybe it wasn't the most productive way to go about it, but I did drop 25 lb by the time April rolled around.
