Indulging

I had a wonderful evening out with my incredible husband! I ate too much and even had a few drinks, but it was a superb night and one I will not soon forget!

My lists will have to wait until tomorrow as I am off to bed!

*Edit:* ...and, as promised, here they are:

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 toasted English muffin with light peanut butter and light strawberry jam
- 3/4 cup mixed berry yogurt with 1 cup wheat flake granola cereal
- 2 glasses punch
- 2 mini pizza bagels
- 1/2 cup tortilla chips with seven-layer dip
- 2 crackers with salami and cheese
- 1/4 mug eggnog steamed skim milk
- 1 large ginger molasses cookie
- 1 cranberry almond granola bar
- 3 glasses piƱa colada
- 5 small slices bread with butter
- 1 1/2 cups breaded squid with onion and lime chili sauce
- 1 bite of grilled salmon
- 7 ounce steak with barbecue sauce
- 1/2 lobster with melted butter
- 2/3 cup broccoli with butter
- 1 bite sticky toffee pudding with ice cream
- 1/2 piece white chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sauce

EXERCISE:
- 10 squats

  1. We have to soak in those days and remember them when we have a dip. Glad you had a wonderful time. I do pop by daily but don't always have the time to comment but just check that you are ok.

  2. Don't bother with the lists. It just gives people a chance to bash you. There never is anything good on them anyway. Sorry ... that sounded very passive aggressive didn't it?

  4. Hey those of you tossing support and advice here, I could use some on my blog. I've just started it, in fact I haven't had my first weigh in yet (it's tomorrow) but I'm determined to be brutally honest with my food and exercise just like 266 has been and, hopefully, follow her success. I'm also going to try to remember these last few weeks that she's struggled and try to avoid them when I lose the weight. Please drop by and say hi.
