  2. You're making real progress girl and I'm so proud of you, with the food AND the exercise. I know you care about yourself, and I know you're fighting and clawing to get back to the right mindset. I'm pulling for you every day. :)

  6. Nice progress...slow and steady is the best way to go, even though we wish it could be quicker.

  7. You're getting back on track! Keep it up. I'm really happy to see a lack of the usual "ice cream blend" on this list! That should just be an occasional treat. Hopefully you're keeping track of calories, too? That's usually the quickest way to force yourself to get back on track - set a daily limit and stick to it. Anyway, keep it up! We are all rooting for you!

  13. While I want to join all of the other commentors in offering support and congratulations, I also want to say (without judgment) that your food lists for the last few weeks were pretty darn scary from a health standpoint... And I can TOTALLY relate to being in that place of being out of control with the food. Know you are working really hard to get back to a place of health...Be kind and compassionate with yourself as you make this journey.

Look forward to reading more of your healthy food lists. You can do this. Me, too...
