Exercising My Rights

I really need to get going on my exercise! It’s been a couple of weeks since I did anything in the way of formally working out!

- 4 glasses of water
- 22 cheese crackers with cream cheese
- 1/2 cup homemade cranberry almond chocolate bark
- 3 chocolate balls
- 2 cups peanut butter and toffee chocolate bar ice cream blend
- 1 mug eggnog steamed skim milk
- 6 pieces of an Alaskan sushi roll with soy sauce
- 6 pieces of a California sushi roll with soy sauce
- 5 pieces of a dynamite sushi roll with soy sauce
- 1 piece of a cranberry gingerbread bar with icing

- 10 squats


  1. Someone mentioned Weight Watchers yesterday. I highly recommend it especially for the maintenance part of your journey. Once you get to goal, you get to attend free meetings as long as you weigh in once a month and do not go more than two pounds above your goal weight. I just came out of a two year period where I was five to ten pounds over my goal weight. With the new program, I got back to goal in about three weeks. Feels wonderful!

  2. Great idea! I just started exercising again after a 3 week hiatus, and it feels wonderful. Walking a few brisk miles does soooo much for my head, heart, and body. Worth every minute.

  3. YOu can do it, exercise makes us all feel better. You are stong and have shown us all that. So just do it and keep moving forward.
