Things Are Looking Up

I am counting my blessings. I can’t help but be anxious that things may start to unravel again at any moment, but for now I am finally seeing a little bit of light at what has been feeling like a long, dark tunnel.

- 10 glasses of water
- 1 1/2 cups canned pears
- 3/4 cup fat free strawberry yogurt with 1 cup whole grain Cheerios cereal
- 12 inch sub on a white bun with steak, cheese, onions, mushrooms, hot honey mustard, and zesty sauce
- 8 cranberry hazelnut whole grain crackers
- 1 banana
- 1 cup steamed broccoli with margarine
- 1 baked potato with sour cream and margarine
- 10 whole grain crackers with low fat herb and garlic cream cheese

- 25 minute walk

  1. Good for you! I've just recently dug in my heels and started the journey to lose the extra 70lbs (we'll keep that number between you and me :) ) and it is really difficult! But seeing how much you've lost is great motivation for me.

  2. Thinking about you... Hoping you're ok and doing what you need to do for you.

  3. Somtimes we go through hard days, but it always comes to an end and as long as we keep trucking through, things end up working themselves out. This is the first time I have visited your blog and I think what you are doing for yourself is great! Losing weight is difficult but there are many fo us in the same boat. I started at the begining of the year and it's been difficult but like you I am trying to eat well everyday and am exercising and walking on my trampoline everyday - I am confident that I will get there. I wish you all the best, just know that you are not alone, there are many of us and our goals are achievable!

  4. Their websites or by calling the department. You can usually find out how many calls are made each month and what the calls are for, which could be burglary, domestic disturbance or noise complaints just to name a few.

  5. You can then pass on the cost savings to your customers, meaning that they can pick up a wide range of lighting at better prices than they might do on the high street.

  6. The best thing about electronic devices for business these days is that those can be connected directly to the Internet, which could enable those devices to gather the latest updates and figures in the business world.

  7. The least dangerous ones will take a few buck from you purporting to teach you to make some doodad you can sell, like a handful of common candies made into a gift arrangement, or they'll sell you some sort of silly.

  8. Many ties have been made here with China's governing bodies and its citizens; an attempt to show the world a change on the largest possible stage.
