Good for you! I've just recently dug in my heels and started the journey to lose the extra 70lbs (we'll keep that number between you and me :) ) and it is really difficult! But seeing how much you've lost is great motivation for me.
ReplyDeleteYou are an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThinking about you... Hoping you're ok and doing what you need to do for you.
ReplyDeleteSomtimes we go through hard days, but it always comes to an end and as long as we keep trucking through, things end up working themselves out. This is the first time I have visited your blog and I think what you are doing for yourself is great! Losing weight is difficult but there are many fo us in the same boat. I started at the begining of the year and it's been difficult but like you I am trying to eat well everyday and am exercising and walking on my trampoline everyday - I am confident that I will get there. I wish you all the best, just know that you are not alone, there are many of us and our goals are achievable!
