Nothing To Say

I’m just posting my lists tonight. The day has been too much.

- 9 glasses of water
- 1 banana
- 12 inch sub on a Parmesan oregano bun with steak, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, chipotle sauce, and pepper
- 1 dark chocolate almond fiber bar
- 2 pieces broccoli and ham quiche

- 10 squats


  1. you seem discouraged lately. Try to remember of all your achievements and the wondrous life you are living. You have experienced the beauty the world has to offer to those who know how to take the time to see it. In your journey to better health, you have inspired hundreds to follow in your footsteps. Take pride in being able to say that you have influenced that many people, since it is a very select few in this world who can say they have positively influenced a handful of people, and even less who have made a difference in so many people's lives as you have by chronicling your efforts. Life has its peaks and its valleys, have faith that if things are getting you down, they will get better. Soon you will feel inspired to share your inspiring words again. And thank you, i am one of those many who you have helped.

  5. Go out with friends again and do the things you love; enjoy life again, you only live once. Keeping your mind occupied will prevent you from calling your ex and even thinking of them.
