Blah!

I’m sick and I’m tired and I’m a little sick and tired of feeling this way too…

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 5 glasses of water
- 3/4 cup fat free strawberry yogurt with 1 cup almond wheat flake granola cereal
- 1 grilled cheese sandwich on enriched white bread with margarine and fat free mayonnaise
- 1 3/4 cup canned peaches
- 4 homemade miniature shortbread cookies with icing sugar
- 2/3 cup homemade pecan fudge
- 2 slices roast beef
- 2 1/2 cups macaroni and cheese with pepper
- 2 cups peanut butter and toffee chocolate bar ice cream blend
- 1 1/2 cup onion rings with honey mustard sauce
- 1 chicken nugget with honey mustard sauce
- 1 glass of ginger ale

EXERCISE:
- 10 squats

  1. You and me both, baby. I'm blah from PMS and a cold. WORST feeling ever. Ugh. Not to mention that I'm dreading the weigh-in on Monday because I'll be heavier from bloating. Argh!

    BUT!!! It will pass! Hang in there, sweetie! Lord knows I am. LOL!

  2. Please take a hard look at what you have in your home and get rid of the stuff that's tempting you. Try taking it one day at a time. Don't lose all you have worked for; you can do it.

  3. God bless you, get rid of the sh*t. And don't buy any more. hugs. It is very hard tobe good in a good environment...nearly impossible in a bad one.

  4. I'm with ya on this 266. I've been feeling like crap and I'm positive it's because there's been too much sugar-y junk and not enough veggies, fruits lean proteins and good carbs in my diet these last few weeks. Eating junk in makes us feel good in the moment, but sick and tired overall.

    I'm getting back on the wagon tomorrow. Join me? Know it's so hard, but I'm positive we can do it.
