I am stuffed! Yes, Thanksgiving in Canada has come and gone and I am feeling very appreciative of all the wonderful things that I have in my life! May everyone know such joy during their own celebrations!
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 9 glasses of water
- 3/4 cup low fat spiced apple yogurt with 1 cup Multigrains cereal
- 8 gingersnap cookies with 95% fat free whipped topping
- 10 licks of pumpkin cheesecake batter
- 10 whole wheat crackers with herb and garlic soft cheese
- 1 almond and yogurt granola bar
- 10 gherkin pickles
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 1/2 cups autumn medley spinach salad with goat cheese, butternut squash, and raspberry vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup corn with butter
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with butter
- 1 cup turkey with gravy, cranberry sauce, and 1 cup stuffing
- 1 1/2 pieces of homemade pumpkin cheesecake with caramel sauce, butter toffee chocolate bar pieces, and 95% fat free pumpkin whipped topping
- 1 piece of homemade lemon meringue pie
EXERCISE:
- 10 squats

ReplyDeleteIt all sounds delicious, and good for you for posting all your food, even during a holiday. Thanksgiving is actually one of my favorite holidays, because it doesn't involve shopping (just for food) or gift giving. ...just enjoying the special food and the company of friends and family.
