My brain is working in incomplete sentences right now, but at least it’s still mildly creative:
Too sleepy.
Irresistible bed.
Rest is needed.
Exhausted.
Dreams are coming.
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 5 glasses of water
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries
- 1 wrap on a soft tortilla shell with canned ham, cheese, dried cranberries, spinach, fat free Miracle Whip, mustard, and pepper
- 5 chocolate wafer sticks
- 1 apple
- 1 cup celery sticks with roasted red pepper dip
- 1 apple cinnamon cereal bar
- 1 cranberry bran muffin with margarine
- 1/2 nectarine
- 1 1/3 cups Caesar salad with Parmesan cheese and croutons
- 5 yam fries with spicy mayonnaise
- 1 cheeseburger with bacon, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise
- 6 bites of a chocolate brownie dessert with whipped cream, ice cream, chocolate sauce, and peanuts
- 1 deep-fried banana dessert with whipped cream, ice cream, and chocolate sauce
EXERCISE:
- 10 squats

the amount of sugar in your food is killing you! Get a plan today! Cut your fruit to once a day and your sugary desserts to once a day. Pick a time to indulge. Eventually cut it back to once a week. Don't give up! Get a plan!:)
