I’m Sorry I’m Not Interesting

…but at least I am checking in. I am very unfocused on the health stuff right now and I need to get back at it! At least I am staying cognizant of it. Ignorance and unquestioning acceptance is a large part of what got me to my obese state before and I am certainly not that now. I am fighting and kicking and screaming even if I don’t have the time to write all about it right this second.

- 6 glasses of water
- 1 mixed berry and almond multi-grain bar
- 1 pear
- 1 sandwich on a baguette with deli turkey, cheese, lettuce, and mayonnaise
- 1 peanut butter and chocolate ice blended drink
- 1 piece carrot cake with icing
- 1 piece of a chocolate drizzled almond bar
- 12 inch sub on an herb and cheese bun with deli ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, black olives, onion, mayonnaise, honey mustard, and pepper
- 2 cups mint chocolate bar ice cream blend

- 10 minute walk

  3. I really enjoy reading your blog. I wanted to offer some support and that you can avoid that sinking, powerless feeling. You powerful in your own right and can continue to progress forward.

    Consider reading your old blog entries. Maybe note the difference between then and now. I know eating is different but you may want to look at your exercise. I saw today you walked for ten minutes and the day before you did some squats. Was your exercise more intense six months ago? Look at what made you so successful and see if you cannot recapture that.
