  1. I am noticing something with the food.
Where is the protein? This may be why you are craving sugar...even moderate amounts of carbs in the morning can kick off sugar cravings like crazy in me. try egg white scramble ( actually I just use whole eggs and one piece of toast) in the morning and see if it works.
    just a thought.

  2. I found your blog just a couple of days ago... and it's been the best thing that has happened to me ever since i started my lifestyle change 5 weeks ago. It gives me inspiration and support, and more importantly, the courage to go through this journey. I have lost 11 pounds so far and have my eyes on the goal ... thank you so much ! 4. I also noticed something about your food from your lists: vegetables?
You're always so awesome about fruit and portion control but I also wonder if you had more protein and fiber (via vegetables) if you'd have more energy/crave sugar less.
Only trying to be a bit helpful.
Your blog is awesome. I'm a huge huge fan. I read every day.

  5. sugar cravings also come from vit B complex deficiencies which come from whole grains. the food you are currently eating has had everything milled out of it. sugar also depresses the immune system so you feel sluggish and down. pump up the veggies, protien and whole grains and dump the sugar today..get it out of the house:) you are no longer 266. start where you are and begin fresh. i have confidence you can do it again.

  6. I agree with everthing that has been said above. It seems that you are eating alot of white prossed wheat and not to many complex carbs. Complex cards whole wheat and veggies give your body energy and keeps you full longer. I would add these and more protin and see how you feel. Good luck and kep moving!!!

  7. There is a serious lack of raw fruits and veggies. That alone will boost your energy. And also curb your white flour addiction.

  8. Maybe you have not been drinking as much water ? THe next time you feel a sugar craving, gulp down a tall glass of water and see how you feel !

You can also try sweet fruit like grapes and prunes or cranberries. Or maybe chew some sugar free gum ... it is also known to speed up your metabolism !

Good luck gal ... you inspire me !
