This will be a really fast post since I have to get up earlier than usual in the morning. Hopefully I will write something brilliant tomorrow! I am feeling like I slacked on the exercise today, but because I normally do the bulk of it later in the evening I am kind of missing out since I have to go to bed already. Weird. I just realized I wish I had more time to workout. Am I a sicko or what?
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 11 glasses of water throughout the day
- 2 1/2 cups of lemon and garlic green beans
- 2 cups of celery with 2 Tb. of peanut butter
- 1 cup of white rice
- 1 cup of chicken stir fry
- 1 small bite of tiramisu
- 1 piece of zucchini and chocolate chip bread with butter
- 2 cups of broccoli with Mexican dip and hummus
- 1 cup of blueberries
EXERCISE:
- 2 sets of 15 lunges for each leg
- 2 sets of 15 squats
- 2 sets of 30 stomach crunches
- 2 minutes of weight lifting with 5 lbs per arm

Not weird at all. I feel the same way. If I had a long day at work... I don't feel like working out but then I start reading blogs and it really gets me motivated do something. If it's too late to workout and I am already in my pajamas I really feel like I missed out. :-)
