I am feeling a bit blue still, but I will remain focused on the goal. I have a busy day ahead, yet I will make sure I post something more detailed later tonight. I wish I could compartmentalize more effectively... it would make staying on track with the food and exercise so much easier when I am finding the rest of life stressful as has been the case lately.

  2. I just caught up on your last few posts...I feel like I visit you regularly but every time I pop over, I've missed 3 or 4 posts!! sorry girl, lol.

    Congrats again on the 5k...I know it feels fantastic to have accomplished something like that. I hope to do it one day myself.

    I know exactly what you mean about needing something to work towards. I'm floundering a bit myself this week. Might have to get hard core again if this doesnt work out, lol.

    Congrats on the definitely deserve it! And you passed it on to some great blogs!

    Sorry you're feeling a little down...learning how to compartmentalize is something I too am working on. And boy, is it work!! We'll make it girl...hang in there. When we have a dreary day, the next one is almost always brighter. Here's to a better tomorrow. :)

  4. Sorry you are feeling blue, it seems to be a general thing around here at the moment, I am still convinced it os the change of season. It could be you are feeling flat after the 5k , or maybe it's just one of those days!!

    I hope you feel better today, you are doing great things both in your weight and exercise regime but also in Blogland. You have lots of support out here.

    My marriage too a turn for the worst around the time I decided to lose the gave me something positive to focus on...ME...thankfully my marriage has sorted itself out and my hubby now has a new looking woman on his arms...

  7. Just stopped by to wish you well while you are coping with feeling blue, but I see you say you are feeling more positive tonight.

    I get depression quite badly - currently med free - yay, but wanted to say that, even if you are feeling low, stick with the healthy eating and exercise if you can because it is the ONE thing you can do for yourself that makes you feel better about how you see the world. Oh, I don't think I explained it too well.

    Just love yourself, OK?
