Unfortunately, I am off and running – no, not literally – with no time to post much. My big plan for the day is to investigate the course for the 5K I am considering walking. Other than that, I haven’t had a chance to plan much so I’ll just have to see where the day takes me!
Hope the day takes you someplace great.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great day!
ReplyDeleteA very belated thanks for the award!! Thank you so much.
ReplyDeleteI'm so far behind on my blog posting, though have been mostly keeping up with the reading part. Just so you know I'm still here even when I don't comment.:-)
Hope you had a great day!!
Suggestion: If you pace out the 5k course, maybe time yourself doing it. Then, when you walk the 5k, you can see if you can match that time, or even better it.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great day. I see we are almost the same weight at the moment, maybe there is a little race on the cards;)

As always, thank you all for the encouragement.
ReplyDeleteMerry, I did exactly that and did it in 51 minutes, so now I have a baseline to compare if I decide to do the 5K.
Sheilagh, I must admit I am generally not terribly competitive, but do get excited about the odd, random challenge when I believe the gauntlet has been thrown! Lol!
hope it was a fantastic day.
ReplyDeletenow, what info did you gather about the course? :)
I loved merry's suggestion and am entirely as you are with the not being competitive.
perhaps make your I CAN DO THIS!! IM PUSHING MYSELF challenge 50 min? 49?
