Unfortunately, today I spent a lot of time feeling upset for very little reason.
Fortunately, I stayed on plan with almost no difficulty and avoided the peanut butter cup.
Unfortunately, I am up way too late with no time to post anything substantial.
Fortunately, tomorrow is another day.
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 8 glasses of water throughout the day
- 1 banana
- 1 wrap on a soft tortilla shell with sliced deli turkey, grated cheese, baby spinach, dried cranberries, fat free Miracle Whip, mustard, and pepper
- 3 cups of spinach salad with cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, grated cheese, and a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream and onion pasta
- 1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli with margarine
- 1 1/2 Mandarin oranges
- 4 crackers topped with melted cheese and seasonings
- 2 hours and 10 minutes of walking completed in 2 outings (both 1 hour and 5 minutes long)
- 5 push ups
