Internet Down

Our internet was not working last night, so I wasn’t able to blog. Just for accurate record keeping, I am posting my food and exercise now.

- 10 glasses of water throughout the day
- 1 Mandarin orange
- 3/4 cup fat free lemon chiffon yogurt
- 6 inch ham sub on a brown bun with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and pepper
- 8 large pieces of a California sushi roll with soy sauce
- 2 1/2 cups spinach salad with grated cheese, tomato, dried cranberries, croutons, and an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
- 3 strawberries

- 30 minutes running in place


  1. I'm on a twice a day workout schedule now. The last few days I've not been giving a crap about stuff and I need to refocus. Good for you on keeping things going;)


  2. Try sitting on your fitness ball and bouncing up and down, doing jumping jacks with your feet and arms...you will be surprised at how your heart rate goes up - jogging on the spot for 30 mins is hard going.

  3. I hate when my internet connection's down. It throws me into fits of productivity. Grrrrr!
