Ramping It Up

I changed my exercise step so that it is now as high as it goes. It has a level which is flat, one that uses two side blocks to lift it an extra inch or so, and this last one which uses the side blocks differently to make it even higher. I think it sits about six and a half inches from top to bottom now. It was great to turn the intensity up during my workout DVD last night, but I am definitely going to have to switch to the harder video soon since this is now the absolute most I can do with the one I currently use.

Today is going to start with a nice, long walk around a huge park with my husband. It will probably take us approximately an hour and three-quarters and I am really looking forward to it. Other than that, there isn't really anything specific on the agenda for this afternoon or evening. Christmas baking will probably be started today, but I am still confident that I will be able to avoid being tempted as I create the goodies. It should be a good day!

    I know what you mean about the cost of replacing everything. IT's ridiculous. I am about to start sewing down the sides of things to make them last longer.
