The scale read 193.8 this morning and I am pretty happy with that. It’s a lower drop in weight than most of the losses I have been recording so far, but I know that I have been doing a good job of staying on top of the food and exercise despite a few emotional setbacks this week. I am losing consistently and I choose to be pleased with the number.
Since it is the first weigh-in of the month, it is time for the all revealing progress picture:
I am still seeing changes even though the total pounds and inches which came off through November do amount to less than what I have achieved in previous months. Again, I am feeling good about the photograph and about my updated statistics:
Weight - 193.8 lbs (-60.8 from start / -11.6 from Nov.)
Bust - 41.0 inches (-9.0 from start / -2.0 from Nov.)
Waist - 40.0 inches (-8.0 from start / -1.0 from Nov.)
Hips - 47.5 inches (-7.5 from start / -1.5 from Nov.)
Arms - 15.5 inches (-2.0 from start / -0.5 from Nov.)
Thighs - 27.5 inches (-5.0 from start / -0.5 from Nov.)
BMI - 30.4 (-9.5 from start / -1.8 from Nov.)
The thing I am well and truly excited about is that I am so close to being out of the obesity range with my body mass index, I can practically taste it! There may not be many people out there who would say they are looking forward to being classed as overweight, but I am definitely one of them!
