I would like to begin by thanking MizFit whose great post about staying motivated through the holidays inspired me to put an exercise ticker at the top of my blog. I am hoping this little reminder will keep me focused and help me stay committed to working out all the way through this upcoming month, even in the face of all the pending busyness. My plan to be active today fell by the wayside and I very much want to avoid that from reoccurring as much as possible in the next few weeks.
I also need to say thank you to Lori-Ann from Amazon Runner for bestowing another fantastic award unto me. I feel so lucky every time someone deems this blog worthy of one of these badges of recognition, and this one – the Deborah Award – leaves me feeling no different.
