I Was Going To Write A Good Post, But...

I am up way too late and feeling much too sore! I did lots of walking today and my legs are not very happy with me. I think a fast soak in the tub before bed is in order.

One neat thing I will quickly share is that I realized today’s weigh-in means that I have knocked almost exactly ten points off my body mass index reading from my highest weight. Plus, I only have twelve more pounds to lose until I am no longer in the obese category, but rather wonderfully, gloriously, and simply overweight!

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 10 glasses of water throughout the day
- 1 banana
- 1 mug of gingerbread steamed soy milk
- 1 wrap on a whole wheat tortilla shell with egg white, feta cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomato
- 1 Mandarin orange
- 10 hand-shelled peanuts
- 9 pieces of a California sushi roll with soy sauce
- 3/4 cup low fat piƱa colada yogurt

EXERCISE:
- 2 hours and 45 minutes of walking completed in 3 outings (45 minutes long, 30 minutes long, and 1 hour and 30 minutes long)
- 7 push ups

  2. One of the happiest days of my life was when my Wii Fit declassified me as obese and announced in the chirpy little elf voice that I was "overweight." And then came the day it declassified me as overweight and I became "normal." NORMAL! Woot woot! I was never so happy to be normal in my life. Normal is a bee-yoo-ti-ful thing. I rejoice in being normal. But it takes a lot of work to remain normal, so what am I doing sitting on my behind typing on my laptop! The day is gorgeous in North Florida - sunny and cool. I think I shall go walk the trails down by the Intracoastal Waterway! Have a wonderful day!

  5. When I went from morbidly obese to severely obese, yes, I felt a little scolded...but a lot less morbid. 12 lbs to overweightsville. Sounds like a good place to visit.

  6. Ahhh the fabulous Obese category. I will be there for a while but will celebrate Overweight. Congrats on being so close. Gosh I love your sidebar pictures -- so inspirational!!! I will put mine on the sidebar when I actually have some results to post.

    Fitcetera, I have been on some sort of weird Starbucks obsession since the weather got cold... I almost never used to go before. The drink is awesome, and the wrap is from their too. I better cut down on the eating out though with Christmas around the corner and moths already flying out of my wallet!
