Doing The Best I Can

I spent nearly every free moment I had today cleaning in some form or another and I’m still not done. I just keep telling myself that it’s better than sitting on the couch like a lump.

I am exhausted and it is definitely time for bed. I feel bad because I know that my last couple of posts haven’t exactly been chocked full of riveting material, but I am just so busy and haven’t had time to let any deeper thoughts percolate in my head. I am hoping my schedule will open up after tomorrow so that I will have the opportunity to write something more interesting. But for now, I am simply going to continue checking in to the best of my ability.

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 11 glasses of water throughout the day
- 2 Mandarin oranges
- 1 light peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread
- 1/4 banana
- 2 egg omelet with mushrooms and pepper
- 3/4 cup fat free peach yogurt with 1 cup Life Multigrains cereal
- 4 whole wheat crackers
- 1 1/2 cups Caesar salad with fat free dressing and croutons

EXERCISE:
- 45 minute step workout video
- 4 sets of 50 stomach crunches (2 straight, 1 right, and 1 left)
- 2 sets of 7 push ups
- 2 sets of 15 lunges for each leg
- 2 sets of 2 minutes of weight lifting with 5 lbs per arm
- 2 sets of 15 squats

  1. Just checking in on the challenge. I weighed in at 177.8 lbs. this morning. I'm not sure I'll reach the goal I set for myself, but hopefully I'll be closer to it!

  2. Hey girl! The way I look at it, all that cleaning burned a ton of calories and you get a clean house as a bonus!

  3. Just keep on keepin' on. You're staying with your program in the midst of a busy life. That's as good as it gets!
