Oops!... I Did It Again

What is wrong with me!? Why am I up so late when I have an early start tomorrow? Ugh! I will try to do a more interesting post when I wake up…

Edit: I just realized this is post number 266! I feel so lame doing such a boring post for a very noteworthy entry. Double ugh!

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 9 glasses of water throughout the day
- 1 banana
- 1 whole wheat English muffin with light strawberry jam
- 1 finger lick of icing
- 1 wrap on a soft tortilla shell with roast chicken, grated cheese, lettuce, dried cranberries, fat free Miracle Whip, mustard, and pepper
- 1 Mandarin orange

EXERCISE:
- 35 minutes of walking completed in 2 outings (20 minutes long and 15 minutes long)

    Congratulations on posting the number of times that you were pounds at your highest. Next post will put you in new territory! It's like in AA when someone gets more sober time than they had drinking time! (okay, not exactly the same, but similar) Your progress is remarkable.

    Question - is the above food listing your entire day? It seems like a very small amount of food for a day. Just curious. Thanks for all the inspiration you provide us!

  3. Hope you have found a way to get some sleep. Very important, and yet underrated all too often. Of course, having said that I am also guilty of not getting nearly enough sleep these days. Am going to try to get better about that. Must. Get. More. Sleep.

    I've done that...of course, I have needed to on several occasions. Mostly because I did in fact write something uninteresting. Get some sleep and we will pretend tomorrows post is todays.

    Leslie, I do always post my entire food list, but please don't go by this one (or today's... eek!). I have been horrible for eating because I have been so busy! On average, I eat around 1200 calories in a day, but it varies from about 2000 all the way down to 900, depending on what is on the agenda. Great question!
