Teaser!

I have a few non-scale victories that I will be posting about tomorrow, but I really have to get to bed right now. Let’s just say that it turned out to be a GREAT day!!!

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 10 glasses of water throughout the day
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 6 whole wheat crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted cashews
- 3 sweet pickles
- 1/4 cup canned corn
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with butter
- 3 slices pork tenderloin in mushroom soup
- 1 white dinner bun with butter
- 1/4 cup orange sherbet
- 1 cherry and nut shortbread cookie
- 1 small lemon square
- 1 mug steamed light eggnog and skim milk
- 3 cups Caesar salad with fat free dressing, dried cranberries, and croutons

EXERCISE:
- 30 minute jog
- 5 minute cool down walk

  5. Just sitting down to write the post now. Larkspur, it's Starbucks, but you could easily make it at home if you had some type of steamer. I just ask for 3/4 skim milk and 1/4 eggnog. Some of the Starbucks create a light eggnog alternative by premixing half eggnog and half skim; in that case I ask for 1/2 light eggnog and 1/2 skim milk. It's very tasty!
