Wilting Willpower With Well Wishes

It was not a great day with the eating nor the exercise. It wasn’t awful, but definitely not one of my best. I was snacky right from the time I woke up and am still feeling the desire to munch on things even though it’s now time for bed. I’m hoping tomorrow will prove to be a much better on track day.

On a different note, I really must take a moment to wish my darling husband a happy birthday. The man I was lucky enough to marry has provided me with more support than I could have ever dreamed I might be worthy of and has been the best friend I needed to get through these first few months of changing my lifestyle. Without him I can’t even being to imagine how lost I might be. Thank you, my love, for being you. Happy birthday!

Just get back to it... that is key. We all have these days. We just can't let them go on & on. That is what is most important!
