Broken

I can’t do this right now. I am having an awful day and I just don’t have the strength to write about it tonight. Nothing is really wrong in the grand scheme of things, but I just can’t pull myself out from under this overwhelmed feeling this evening. I will try to post in the morning, but please understand if I don’t get back on here until tomorrow night. I just need a few moments to wallow.

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 3 glasses of water
- 1 banana
- 1 wrap on a soft tortilla shell with deli ham, cheese, dried cranberries, spinach, fat free Miracle Whip, mustard, and pepper
- 1 mug coconut steamed skim milk
- 1 chocolate chunk protein and fiber bar
- 2 sips mocha cherry steamed skim milk
- 1 mug toffee nut steamed skim milk
- 8 pieces of a California sushi roll with soy sauce

EXERCISE:
- 35 minutes of the C25K program (Day 1 of Week 6)

  11. My last two posts have a similar "gloomy cloud" hanging over them. They blow in and out, though. Just ride it out!! Push yourself to get up and DO something - if you're anything like me your main desire is to couch sit - so DO smoething. It helps. ~ Angie
