I am dramatically running behind today! Yikes! I have a lot of stuff to get in order for tonight and a very busy day ahead starting first thing in the morning. Yesterday, my father-in-law had surgery and tomorrow my own dad will be having an operation. It is major surgery on his knee so, again, any positive thoughts that people want to send to this corner of the world are tremendously appreciated. Because things are so hectic, I simply won’t have time to write another entry again before Thursday evening. Actually I will probably post my usual food and exercise records tonight, since they are updated throughout the day, but I’m afraid that will have to be adequate until tomorrow night.
I thought I would at least make a small attempt to provide something worth reading right now, so I am posting the second set of personalized playlists that I created for the C25K. As I mentioned before, there is a great web page that provides a free downloadable no-music podcast which I was able to use in conjunction with my tunes in order to create my very own soundtrack for use during the program. I hope you enjoy the randomness that is reflected in my musical tastes!
