FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 9 glasses of water
- 2 egg wrap on a soft tortilla shell with grated cheese, onion, red pepper, mushroom, and pepper
- 1 nectarine
- 1 wrap on a soft tortilla shell with chicken breast, grated cheese, dried cranberries, romaine lettuce, red pepper, fat free miracle Whip, mustard, and pepper
- 2 cups grapes
- 3 cups Caesar salad with croutons, dried cranberries, and fat free dressing
- 5 whole wheat crackers with cheese
EXERCISE:
- 30 minutes of the C25K program (Day 2 of Week 5)

I told you the other day I need to try and eat more fruits and veggies like you do, so Mom, my sister, my niece & newphew, and I are all loading up tomorrow and heading down to the Farmer's Market south of Atlanta!! Maybe I'll take pics of my haul. :)
