Zzzzzzzzzz...

I had a really great day considering the circumstances. It was amazing actually, and my dad is doing well. But now I have crashed. I just don’t have the energy to go into a long post right now – I need to crawl into bed – but I will do a full update tomorrow. Thanks to everyone for their patience!

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- 7 glasses of water
- 1 large mug coconut steamed skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1 sandwich on whole wheat bread with light cream cheese, ham, lettuce, and mayonnaise
- 1 small mug hot chocolate
- 1 whole wheat bun with margarine
- 2 cups Caesar salad with Parmesan cheese, croutons, and dressing
- 1 cup bacon and broccoli crunch salad
- 6 inch sub on a whole wheat bun with ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, black olives, onion, light mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper
- 1 large pecan bar
- 1 homemade chocolate and peanut butter granola bar
- 1/2 cup flax seed corn chips
- 1 mug chai tea with honey and milk

EXERCISE:
- 1 hour of walking completed in 2 outings (20 minutes long and 40 minutes long)
