Down, But Not Out

My energy levels are low at best because of this cold, but I am going to try and do a workout right now anyhow. I can easily alter the moves to suit how I am feeling and put in whatever 100% looks like for me today (which, I’m guessing, is somewhere around the 50% mark from any other day). I’m just trying to keep at it and stay committed. I will probably attempt to comfort myself with some nice, hot soup afterwards…

And any workout when you're not feeling your best is a good workout as far as I am concerned.:-)

  4. So sorry you're sick friend. I hope you'll get on the mend soon. Homemade chicken soup filled with good allums such as onions and garlc, and lots of OJ. And that last pic you posted in just amazing. I love your tiny waist!! :)

  5. Feel better soon!

I like that you are still trying though! :-) I have worked out with a cold.. the stuff is above the neck & no fever or body aches which is more a flu. I don't get sick too often so I don't have to worry about it very much.. knock on wood!

  7. As long as it isnt affecting your lungs it should be okay....at least that's what 'they' tell me.

  8. Thanks, all... I will be posting shortly about my day. I have to admit that I suspect you will not be nearly so impressed when you hear about how it turned out. :(
